Chief Executive’s Message
In 1976, after completing my matriculation, I joined Taleem-ul-Islam College, Chenab Nagar, for F.Sc. and B.Sc. Alongside my own academic pursuits, I began offering tuition to students—often free of cost or at minimal fees—driven by a deep passion for education and community upliftment. After graduation, I proceeded to Government College Lahore to pursue a Masters degree in Physics. Upon completion, I entered the education sector as a lecturer at Government College Mianwali. I served in this noble profession until 2009, eventually rising to the rank of Professor. That same year, I transitioned into administrative roles, but my passion for teaching and nation-building remained unwavering. Motivated by the desire to spread the light of knowledge amidst the darkness of ignorance, I established a private educational institution in the heart of Chiniot. With no external funding—only strong faith in Allah Almighty and an unyielding commitment to education—I founded Unified Science College Chiniot in my own home.
Despite facing criticism and limited resources, the support of the Chiniot community and the grace of Allah led to remarkable success. Our very first batch produced outstanding results, with students securing admissions in top medical and engineering universities. This success served as the fuel for my continued journey toward transforming young minds into responsible, educated, and respectable citizens. As trust in our mission grew, the people of Chiniot proposed the establishment of a feeder school, which came to life in 2013. The objective was clear: to provide quality education to underprivileged and street children and help transform them into productive, disciplined members of society.
In recognition of these services, I was honored in 2014 with the Quaid-e-Azam Gold Medal by Tehreek-e-Istihkam-e-Pakistan and the Think Tank Gold Medal for excellence in education. In 2015, I was appointed Director Public Instructions (DPI), Punjab, a role that further deepened my exposure and experience in the field of education. With this broader perspective, I took another step in 2016 by founding the Unified Post Graduate Science College Chiniot, to offer affordable, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate education to students who could not bear the expenses of bigger cities.
In 2022, fueled by the same vision and sense of responsibility, I decided to establish a law college in Chiniot. UNIFIED LAW COLLEGE, CHINIOT is the continuation of this lifelong mission—aimed at nurturing ethical, knowledgeable, and competent legal professionals who will uphold the supremacy of law in Pakistan. We remain firmly committed to diving deep into the sea of ignorance to retrieve the pearls of knowledge and wisdom. I invite you to become a part of Unified Law College, and join us in shaping a just, informed, and law-abiding society.
